US-based facility services company Watterson has acquired Chicago-based restoration and renovation services provider Bassett Creek Services, Inc. (BCS), to strengthen Watterson's geographic scale, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bassett Creek provides mission-critical restoration, renovation, and speciality services to a diverse group of commercial and residential clients.

The company is comprised of five leading brands J.R. Johnson, Cornerstone Renovation Group, Region Construction Group, Baxter Restoration, and Disaster Restoration Pros with complementary capabilities and expertise that allow BCS to holistically service customers across the nation.

BCS operations will run concurrently with Watterson's, significantly strengthening the company's offerings and geographic scale, while also providing additional reoccurring revenue from BCS's entrenched customer base.

Bassett Creek Services provides restoration and renovation services for commercial and residential clients nationwide.

Watterson, a portfolio company of Highview Capital, provides facility management, environmental and emergency response services to a national base of blue-chip customers.

Highview Capital, LLC is a private equity investment vehicle headquartered in Los Angeles.
