SEDNA Acquires Bulgarian Email Automation Solution Shelly

Canadian smart email platform SEDNA has acquired Bulgarian email automation solution Shelly to continue SEDNA's expansion into the USD 8.6tn global logistics and freight forwarding space, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction further cements SEDNA's position as a communication solution for supply chain organisations. Logistics customers such as Quarterback Truck Brokerage and Jaguar are already benefiting from the operational efficiencies SEDNA brings.

When combined with SEDNA's team inbox platform, teams will reduce overall email volume and time spent manually processing data, while increasing collaboration and gaining vital insights that provide a better macro view of the overall business, leading to smarter decision making throughout the organisation.
