Canada-based information technology staffing company S.i. Systems ULC has completed the acquisition of Canada-based IT staffing company Annex Consulting Group, the company said.

Founded in 1998, Annex is one of the original IT staffing organizations in Vancouver.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
