Texas-based legal and corporate services provider Lexitas has acquired Tennessee-based Elite-Brentwood Reporting Services to drive growth in Southeastern US, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lexitas, a portfolio company of funds advised by Apa, is a national provider of legal and corporate support services to law firms, corporations, and insurance companies.
