Boston-based water and wastewater treatment provider Gradiant has acquired Oman-based water and wastewater management provider Muscat Projects & Engineering Services (MPES), to broaden service offerings in the Middle East, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This announcement follows Gradiant's acquisition of Advanced Watertek in February, a major original equipment manufacturer for membrane-based water and wastewater treatment systems.

MPES delivers turnkey solutions for wastewater and solid waste management and specialises in the O&M of water and wastewater treatment plants.
