Comprehensive Pharmacy Services Sold to Frazier Healthcare Partners

18 April 2019 - US-based enterprise pharmacy solutions provider Comprehensive Pharmacy Services has been sold to Frazier Healthcare Partners, the company said.

The company's partnership with Frazier will allow CPS to continue to expand its capabilities and solution suite and provide differentiated access to potential business partners and customers.

Don Nickleson, former chairman of CPS, will serve on the board of directors as an observer going forward.

Founded nearly 50 years ago and employing over 2,500 pharmacy professionals, Comprehensive Pharmacy Services is one of the nation's largest provider of pharmacy services to more than 800 hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide.

CPS helps their clients tackle complex problems such as hyper-inflated drug costs, specialty pharmacy, ambulatory/retail strategy, operational effectiveness and staffing efficiency.

In addition, they address 340B programs, accreditation and compliance auditing, and much more. CPS helps pharmacy leaders drive cost, quality and safety improvements across the continuum of care.
