US-based higher education marketing and enrollment strategy provider Carnegie has acquired community college marketing company CLARUS Corp. to enhance services to community colleges, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Together, Carnegie and CLARUS will promote the value of education and connecting students with two-year educational opportunities.
Carnegie welcomes the CLARUS Corp. as a principal partner in its effort to better serve community colleges and their students while broadening the company's support of higher education as a whole.
Carnegie is backed by New Heritage Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm focussed on investing in and partnering with founder-led businesses.
