3 March 2020 - Canada-based professional consulting firm Dillon Consulting Ltd. has acquired Nova Scotia-based consulting engineering and design firm F.C. O'Neill, Scriven and Assoc's Ltd. to grow and develop new business opportunities, the company said.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The merger transaction provides Dillon with complementary capabilities to create insightful solutions to whatever challenges clients may be facing.

The merger enables both firms to enhance their working relationship with existing clients and entice new clients seeking a multitude of professional engineering services.
