27 February 2020 - Michigan, US-based manufacturer ARCH has acquired California-based MMi Sonora, a manufacturer of high-precision components and assemblies, to boost ARCH's position as a supplier to the medical market, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MMi will join the ARCH Medical Solutions Segment. MMi's advanced competencies are complementary to the existing high-precision machining capabilities at ARCH Medical Solutions locations across the country.
Capstone Headwaters was the exclusive advisor to MMi.
ARCH, a Jordan company platform company, manufactures cutting tools, medical instruments and implants, and precision-machined components for a range of critical applications. ARCH serves the medical, aerospace, defense, and progressive industrial markets.
