27 February 2020 - Dallas, US-based automotive industry executive Vic Keller has acquired North Carolina-based automated car wash equipment provider Autec Car Wash Systems, the company said.

The terms were not disclosed.

Keller said it sees an opportunity to drive innovation, technology and optimisation to increase customer retention and customer satisfaction, helping customers maximise the return on their investments.

Keller, the founder of Dallas-based private equity firm KLV Capital, is an automotive executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years' experience building, growing and leading a diverse portfolio of companies across numerous verticals including manufacturing and distribution, automotive, technology, e-commerce and financial services.

Autec Car Wash Systems includes marketing, design, research and development, engineering and drafting, welding and metal fabrication, paint and surface preparation, electrical, assembly, technical service and complete chemical blending, formulating and packaging operations.
