19 February 2020 - US-based automotive dealership software company Reynolds and Reynolds has acquired GoMoto, a developer of progressive technologies for automotive service lanes to expand capabilities in automotive retailing, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
GoMoto is a retailing tool that will enable auto dealerships to increase efficiencies by streamlining the service check-in process, the company said.
Reynolds and Reynolds is a provider of automobile dealership software, services, and forms to help dealerships deliver better business results and transform the customer experience.
GoMoto offers kiosk technology for the service lane that provides streamlined, self-led customer check-in and check-out. GoMoto creates comprehensive dealer-focussed solutions that drive sales and provide customers with interactive technology in-store.
