14 February 2020 - California-based ophthalmology and retina services practice Acuity Eye Group has acquired an Ophthalmology practice that has served patients in the La Jolla and San Diego community for over 40 years and will continue to provide comprehensive ophthalmology services, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
This location will allow the company to expand its offerings to help patients access the care they need in San Diego.
