14 February 2020 - Washington, US-based technology solutions company Applied Insight has acquired Virginia-based design and development provider Digital Age Experts LLC to strengthen the company's development of cloud solutions for the federal government, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of DAE adds complementary intellectual property to AI's portfolio of cloud technologies with DAE's SHIFT cloud emulation platform.
Applied Insight, backed by The Acacia Group, solves complex technology challenges for federal government customers.
The Acacia Group is a team of operational investors in the US technology and services markets.
