10 February 2020 - UK-based POS provider Epos Now has agreed to acquire Australia-based POS provider Epos Systems Pty to support expanding customer base in the Australia, New Zealand and Asian markets, the company said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will provide customers with domain knowledge, localised support and increased, customer service.
It will also bring new functionality, integrations and partnerships to enable Epos Now to achieve its goal of building a global technology platform to enable customer success.
Epos Now provides affordable, robust and scalable POS solutions in a user-friendly platform that integrates with hundreds of third-party solutions, delivering hospitality and retail management for small businesses to help them scale like a tech company.
