African minerals exploration company IronRidge Resources Ltd. (AIM: IRR) has agreed to acquire 100% of bodite and bianouoan gold licenses from Major Star, giving IronRidge full ownership of a gold exploration portfolio in Côte d'Ivoire, the company said.
 
IronRidge acquired the in return for the issue of 1,550,388 shares in IronRidge at 18 pence per share.
