REDBRICK ADDS LEADPAGES TO PORTFOLIO OF DIGITAL COMPANIES

Canadian digital company operator Redbrick has acquired Minnesota-based no-code website builder Leadpages, enabling entrepreneurs and small-business marketers to build and publish websites with a focus on generating leads and transforming clicks into customers, the company said.

The acquisition brings Redbrick's annual revenue run rate to CAD 80m (USD 60m) in 2020.
